Owners Gail and Mahendra Vegad have over 50 years of experience between them and have built a professional team committed to excellent customer service.

Mahendra brings his legal knowledge and expertise from over 30 years spent assessing property values and rental appraisals, initially for the Local Authority and Civil Service followed by the Estate Agency, which gives him an excellent grounding in all aspects of both sales and lettings. Gail has worked for agents throughout Coventry and Warwickshire, dealing with commercial and private properties at all levels.
